2025 Webinar Resources
The ritual doesn’t end when the class does. In many ways, this is where it truly begins. Below you’ll find gentle resources to support you as your wishes unfold, your journal fills, and your year takes shape, at your own pace, in your own way.
There is no right way to do this. There is only your way.
✨ Returning to the Ritual
If you ever feel disconnected or unsure, return to the basics:
-
Re-read your 13 wishes
-
Sit quietly with your 13th wish
-
Open your journal to the current month
-
Ask yourself: What is this moment asking of me?
The ritual is meant to be revisited not rushed, perfected, or completed.
📖 Monthly Journal Check-In
Each month, spend a few moments reflecting on:
-
How this month’s wish is showing up
-
What felt aligned or out of alignment
-
What challenged or surprised you
-
What you’re proud of
-
What you’re ready to release or carry forward
Even a few sentences are enough.
Consistency matters more than volume.
🎨 Creative Expansion
Your journal is a living document.
Add to it freely:
-
Quotes, photos, ticket stubs, or scraps
-
Symbols or themes that repeat
-
Challenge cards or bingo achievements
-
Notes about synchronicities or small wins
This journal is a witness to your becoming.
🌱 When Things Feel Stuck
If progress feels slow or unclear:
-
Return to your guiding word or symbol
-
Choose one small, supportive action
-
Remember that growth often happens quietly
Your wishes are not behind schedule.
🔥 Honoring the Ashes (Optional)
If you kept the ashes from your wishes:
-
Store them safely in your jar
-
Scatter or bury them when the year feels complete
-
Or simply keep them as a symbol of release
There is no obligation to keep or discard them in any particular way.
💫 Continuing the Practice
You may choose to:
-
Revisit the ritual next year
-
Create a new journal annually
-
Carry forward a symbol or mantra
-
Adapt the practice to fit your life
Traditions evolve as we do.
🤍 A Final Reminder
This practice is not about control, prediction, or perfection.
It’s about trust, reflection, and gentle participation in your own life.
Be kind to yourself.
Honor your pace.
Let the year meet you where you are.
